We value transparency and strive to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of custom graphic design services, our refund policy is as follows:
a. Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: Issued only if the project has not yet been started (no concepts or drafts delivered).
- Partial Refund: May be issued if work has begun but not completed, and client is unsatisfied with the direction despite reasonable revisions.
- No Refund: Once the final files are delivered, or if the client has approved any version of the design.
- If a buyer places an order by mistake, the following refund conditions apply:
100% Refund: If the buyer reports the accidental order within 6 hours, and before any work has started, we will issue a full refund.
50% Refund: If the accidental order is reported between 6 and 24 hours, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted, depending on the amount of work already done or time invested.
Note: After 24 hours, or if significant work has been started, refunds may not be possible
b. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after work has started.
- Lack of response from the client for more than 14 days.
- Client uses delivered work, even partially.
- Project cancellation due to client delay or incomplete brief.
c. Revision Policy
We usually offer free revisions depending on the package. Additional revisions may be charged.
d. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
