2. Services Offered

David William Graphics offers custom graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design
  • Branding Packages
  • Social Media Graphics
  • Promotional Materials
  • Graphic Designs

All services are provided based on the client’s brief and communication.

3. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice but will always be confirmed before starting the project.

Payments are accepted via Stripe.

Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the project.

4. Revisions

Revision requests must be clear and specific and made within the delivery timeline.

Projects typically include free revisions, depending on the package.

Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

5. Turnaround Time

Express delivery is available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Project timelines vary based on complexity and client responsiveness.

Delays in providing feedback or required materials may result in extended deadlines.

6. Final Deliverables

Once final files are delivered, no further edits or adjustments are included unless agreed upon in advance.

Final files are delivered in standard formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Source files (AI or PSD) will be provided depending on how the order was placed and the package selected.

Source files are included only if specified in the package or agreed upon in writing.

7. Refund Policy

No Refund: After the final files are delivered or if significant work has been completed.

Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 6 hours of placing the order and work has not started.

If cancellation is requested between 6–24 hours, based on the progress of the project refund will be variable.

8. Project Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

The client is unresponsive for more than 14 days.

The client is disrespectful, abusive, or fails to provide necessary materials.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final design for your business.
  • David William Graphics retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or promotional materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is requested in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality and professional design services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any losses or damages arising from the use of our designs.
  • Mistakes due to incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Third-party misuse or unauthorized use of delivered designs.

11. Changes to Terms

David William Graphics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.
